The following Jordanian institutions are involved in the administration and operation of the AW-ROAD:

1. The Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences (AUASS)
2. Meteors and Meteorites Society
3. The Jordanian Geographical Society
4. All Astronomical societies in the Arab world
